About New Horizons Counseling Services

Therapy is emotionally hard for everyone and most people at some point in their life have seen a therapist or could have benefited from seeing a therapist. The hardest step is the first contact. I believe that the therapeutic relationship between you and your therapist is what helps you make the changes in your life that "you" want to make. Our focus is on helping you discover your strengths as a way to live a happier, positive and more meaningful life. I believe in a compassionate, strength-based and client centered approach.
